Sparked by the inside combination of Hannah Evans and Karli Arkell, the Red Rock Central Falcons opened up a 40-23 halftime lead and captured a 65-47 victory over the Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda Coyotes in a Red Rock Conference high school girls’ basketball game last Monday night (January 13) in Fulda.
Evans and Arkell scored 18 and 16 points, respectively, as the Falcons surged ahead late in the first half to overcome an early deficit.
