Saalo Farms Pampered Pet Boarding, owned by Jeri and Skip Brown, Avoca, MN, recently added a fun and play agility course to the amenities available for their doggy hotel guests. The 10,000 square foot agility course features hoop jumps, a cavaletti, hurdles, log jumps, weave poles, a fun tunnel, and a ramp and ladder obstacle.
“Our agility course is not a regulation course, and it is strictly for fun and enjoyment for our hotel guests,” Jeri Brown stated. “All dogs are individuals and it is our job to find the activities that each dog will enjoy during their stay at Saalo Farms Pampered Pet Boarding.”
Jeri recently returned from a trip to southern California where she spent one week in classroom and hands-on training learning more about the job she loves to do. The topics included in the course were off-leash play and playground activities, agility course training, and physical and mental health assessments for their guests.
