Fulda School Board met on Monday evening, September 9th, for their regular monthly meeting. During the meeting, they approved three annual fundraisers for the Fulda High School Band including the Chili Supper – Monday, November 4th; Soup, Toast, and Cheesecake Meal – Tuesday, February 11th; and the Pops and Pie Concert – Monday, May 11th.
For the HLO/F Girls Basketball team, two fundraisers were approved: Hoagie Sales for September 28th, and the Elementary School Basketball Camp which will be held mid-November.
Non-teaching contracts were approved for Anne Woelber as Jr. High Volleyball Coach, Andy Oakland as Head Girls Basketball Coach and Assistant Softball Coach, Marcine Elder as Cable Access Coordinator, Cobie Anderson – Paraprofessional, Sierra Stadler – Paraprofessional and food service, Patti Mitchell – food service, Leo Voss – Part-time custodian, and Colby Pack – Pool Attendant.
Athletic Director Colby Pack’s report stated that there is a minibus drivers’ training on Wednesday, September 11th in Westbrook. Several people have signed up to take the training.
Fulda Pool is currently drained, being cleaned and painted. Plans are to try to have it re-opened on Saturday, September 21st.
