The Fulda Girls basketball team hosted the SWC Eagles Thursday night in a conference matchup. The Eagles, coming off their first loss of the season to Pipestone, showed why they are the top team in the conference. Their physicality and will to play was too much for Fulda.
A full court press by the Eagles forced a number of open floor turnovers that lead to layups and easy baskets for the visitors. The Raiders were unable to make in-game adjustments and the press continued to hurt and the lead continued to grow.
