Parents of preschoolers at Fulda Elementary School were delighted to be invited to attend the Spring Parents Day held on Wednesday, March 28th.
Following a program in the classroom where parents joined the students for the scheduled morning routine of learning the date, time and about the day’s weather, an Easter Egg Hunt was held in the gymnasium.
Parents and students were invited to play games and do other activities that were available to them in the preschool classrooms, the lower level hallway and the lunch room. Most all of the students wanted bunny noses and whiskers painted on their faces. They were more than happy to don bunny ears.
There was a tent to crawl in and read books with a flashlight. There was a seek and find game that involved macaroni and plastic bumble bees. A painting station invited the students to use acrylics to paint a large paper Easter egg. Many more games were also included for the enjoyment of the students and the parents.
