Fulda Memorial Library is holding its summer reading program, Reading by Design. It began June 7th and run through July 19th. There is a on-going contest during the summer reading program wherein those who attend the sessions listen to the stories read that day and then vote on their favorite story. Following the stories, an activity is planned for those in attendance.
On Wednesday, June 21st, special guest, Sarah Pack, was on hand to demonstrate string art to the children in grades 4, 5 and 6.
She explained that string art allows each individual artist to express their own creativity.
