This year’s opening of the National FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) Convention was marked with crystal clear notes of the National Anthem sung by Tatym Zins, Fulda. The convention was held in San Diego, California, and was attended by more than 8,400 students, parents, advisors, chaperones and other guests.
Zins held the Minnesota State FCCLA Treasurer’s office during the 2015-2016 year. She was asked to sing the National Anthem at the 2016 Minnesota State FCCLA Convention by State President, Courtney Heppler.
