Second Harvest Heartland food truck will be in Fulda on Thursday, June 22 around 9:15 am. Help is always needed to unload and shelf products.
A big thanks to all who keep your local food shelf stocked during the summer months. Kids are home so our need is greater than usual. We have been trying to purchase a small amount of fresh produce each time we are open. We know we
can’t order or buy a large amount but will try to buy a few items as needed.
We are sharing some bread products with the Murray County Food Shelf. It is overstock and leftovers from grocery stores in Worthington. So nice to be able to offer an assortment of bread products.
A large basket of new stuffed animals mysteriously appeared at our door during the Easter season. What fun…we have several children who accompany their parent
As they shop, it is fun for them to receive a stuffed animal (no matter how many they have at home). Thanks to our mystery person.
June is the end of our fiscal year so we will need new applications filled out in July. Please bring 2 ID’s and be prepared to fill out an app. I haven’t received this from the state yet, so can’t start early.
