Most Fulda residents will have noticed that there is another house being constructed in the Fulda Wood Duck Addition. It is being built by Clarke Construction and has been being worked on throughout the winter.
A fourth lot has been sold and is awaiting the beginning of construction.
Fulda Wood Duck Addition is a new neighborhood within the City of Fulda. Its infrastructure was built within the last decade and offers new roads and lighting.
Limitations regarding income qualifications to purchase a lot in the Fulda Wood Duck Addition changed during the past year. There are no longer income based eligibilities restrictions as to who can purchase a lot.
When the Fulda Wood Duck Addition was first begun, there were sixteen lots. In the twelve lots that are available for purchase, seven will be sold for $10,000 each; four will be sold for $12,500 each and one is valued at $15,000.
