True Team meet held on Monday, May 8th Murray County Central track
Fulda tracksters participated in True Team meet at the Murray County Central complex located in Slayton last Monday, May 8th.
Morgan Gehl topped the charts for the Raiders taking first place in the 3200 meter run with a time of 11:39.85.
Allison Kenney placed fifth in the shot put 33-01.50 followed by Nicole Madison with a throw of 30-05.00. Madison also took ninth in the Discus with a toss of 88-02.
Bailey Wagner took seventh in the high jump and 9th in the 100 meter run.
Chalyn Dierks pole vaulted to eighth place 6-06.
On the mens side, Sam Cheadle brought home fifth place finish leaping 38-01.50 in the triple jump.
Gave Spittle pole vaulted 9-06.00 for seventh place.
Jake Fischer took ninth in the high jump and Isaiah Olsem took ninth in the 3200 meter run
Dick Davidson Invitational held at Slayton, Thursday, May 11th
The boys and girls track team had beautiful weather as they ran on the oval in the Dick Davidson Invite at MCC this past Thursday.
Sam Cheadle placed 2nd in the triple jump with a leap of 37.05. Isaiah Olsem had a nice finish in the 3200 metter run with a time of 11:22.18 for 3rd place.
Leighton Gehl brought home 4th palce in the high jump 5-00. and Gabe Spittle took 4 place in the pole vault making 9-00.
For the ladies, Morgan Gehl placed first in the 3200 meter run coming in at 11:38.20. Morgan also got second in the high jump with 4-04.003 followed closely by Bailey Wagner with 4-02.00 for third.
Three Raider girls took third in their event; Evany Luna – triple jump, Chalyn Dierks – pol vault, and Allison Kenney – shot put. And Morgan Gehl took fourth in the 400 meter run.
