Thursaday, October 19th:
Mike Lynch with Minnesota StarWatch will be at Fulda High School on Thursday, October 19th. 7 p.m., for a night of star gazing.
Lynch grew up in Richfield, Minnesota. He attended St. Peter’s Grade School and Holy Angels High School. After two years at the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities he transferred to the University of Wisconsin in Madison and earned his B.S. degree in Meteorology in 1979. Shortly after he was hired as a broadcast meteorologist at WCCO Radio in Minneapolis and has been there for over 30 years.
Lynch’s other passion since he was a teenager has been astronomy. For over 40 years he has been teaching classes and putting on star parties.

Saturday, October 21st:
An Ancestry.com Workshop will be held with Molly Schweinfurter at 1 p.m. at the Fulda Memorial Library.
Schweinfurter is a genealogy Instructor with over 18 years of experience in researching her own family. She has presented workshops on genealogy to libraries in the Plum Creek, Pioneerland and Traverse des Sioux Library Systems, as well as at the Branch Out Minnesota and Minnesota Library Association Conference.
A graduate of St. Cloud State University, Schweinfurter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, English with emphasis in Creative Writing degree and in Film Studies.
Schweinfurter is also an award winning photographer who lives in Southwest Minnesota.

Tuesday, October 24, 2017:
Jewelry Stamping with Jen Anfinson will be held at the Fulda Memorial Library on Tuesday, October 24th, 7 p.m.
Anfinson stated, “My background is in a variety of areas in the jewelry industry…design, goldsmithing, setting, buying and selling. My passion is in jewelry design and teaching classes on these pursuits as well as many other creative endeavors. My goal is to share creativity with as many people as possible.”
