Sweetheart couples who are residents of Maple Lawn Senior Care Center gathered together in the dining room of Mapleview Estates on Tuesday evening, February 11, for a Valentines Supper.
Ten couples enjoyed a dinner of bacon wrapped steak and breaded shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes and a triple fruit blend salad. Dessert was made by Rebby Lee, owner of Dundee Love Cakes. Each couple shared “A Little More Love Cake”. The flavor of the cakes was raspberry lemon curd with Limoncello Liqueur.
Maple Lawn Senior Care Center Activities Director, Annette Kramer, said that the little cakes were a huge hit with the diners.
