As the date for the Corn Beef, Cabbage and Comedy event approaches, the Parade of Lights Committee has asked the question, “Who remembers these?”
“These” are the antique Christmas decorations that, when strung across the roadway entering Fulda, spread the joyful message of “Seasons Greetings”.
Ann Witzel has shared that the large individual, lettered bulbs are being cleaned, repaired and will be once again, in December of 2019, be used to spread the message, “Seasons Greetings!”
The restoration is being done by the Parade of Lights Committee and other volunteers.
All proceeds from the Saturday, March 16th, Corn Beef, Cabbage and Comedy show will go toward this projects and many other ideas to enhance this year’s Parade of Lights which is scheduled for Saturday, December 7th.
