The Warriors took to the road again on Thursday night and traveled to Luverne to wrestle TMB/WWG and Luverne in a triangular. In the first dual F/MCC took on the Panthers from TMB/WWG. First up for the Warriors was Dawson Blankenship at 106#. Dawson’s opponent was Ayden Horner. Ayden came out and took Dawson down and kept the pressure on him. Dawson gave a valiant effort and never gave up the fall, but ended up losing 10-1. The Warriors forfeited at 113#.
Danny Blankenship came out at 120# and collected a forfeit against TMB/WWG. Both teams double forfeited at 126#. The Warriors forfeited at 132#. Christian Kuball came out at 138# and lost via fall to Tyler Vandendriessche. Rylan Behnke came out at 145# and wrestled Anthony Axford. Rylan tried taking Axford down only to be countered and pinned by his Panther foe.
The Warriors forfeited to the TMB/WWG wrestlers at rest of the weights. The Panthers beat the Warriors 70-6.
